Cancellation Policy – Unfortunately, your entire amount is non-refundable but is transferable to a different date.

When booking online, please note your party includes the first 10 guests. You may add additional jumpers and pay any additional balance on day of party.

Make sure your party arrives 10 minutes before your scheduled time and every ROCKIN’JUMP waiver is completed and signed by the jumper’s parent or legal guardian. The entire birthday amount will be charged to your credit once you book online.

To maintain a safe and clean environment, participants must jump in our reusable ROCKIN’ SOCKS. For safety reasons outside socks are not allowed at the Rockin’ Jump O’Fallon trampoline park.

Cancellation Policy – Birthday parties are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if we are notified at least 7 days in advance.  If you change your party date with less than a 7 days notice, a $100 transfer fee will apply. If you wish to transfer your party, please call 636-321-4024.

OUR TWO HOUR BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:

1 and a half hours of jump time for the first 10 jumpers. During the 2nd hour of Jump, your party will have access to a dedicated party room and your guests can continue to jump until the final 30 minutes.

This final 30 minutes is a great time for snacks, drinks, sharing birthday wishes and thanks!

We provide plates, cups, utensils and napkins. You may bring in your own decorations and goodie bags.

A DEDICATED ROCKIN’ HOST/HOSTESS will be there to assist in all your party needs.
